Download ifile(from cydia)
1)Download Hacked file.
and paste it in var/Mobile/Applications/Tapped Out/Tapped out Release na.app
2) Go down to find "Tapped Out" and press the blue arrow
3) go down and change access permission to the follwing
User- Read,write,execute
Group- Read,write,execute
World- Read,execute
4)Respring your device and have fun! Don't forget too plant a tree.
